Content Creation Industry
Senpai - Gaming | Records | Industries
During my time at Senpai, my goal was to establish a solid business foundation and reporting system. To do so, I performed various External and Internal analyses.
The external analyses informed we where the industry is at currently and the direction is heading. This helped evaluate the position of Senpai within it’s industries. The Internal analyses used help determine what resources and the best use of them.
Another goal at Senpai was to have successful collaborations with other content creators as well as announcements for big projects. I was able to be a part of multiple projects, including one with Top Streamer Fuslie!
There were many other business focus tasks that were completed such as setting up proper employee documentation, employee compensation plan, health insurance, and more.

Traditional Business Analysis and Planning
Financial Analysis and Strategic Planning
As an MBA graduate, I am able to perform analysis and planning for different companies in different industries.
Financial analyses
With a strong background in Finance (Both in Bachelor’s and Master’s emphasis), I am able to check both public and private companies’ health using analyses, ratios and forecasting. I analyze the strengths and weaknesses, liquidity and leverage, revenue forecasting and many more.
Marketing and Strategy
Along with financial analyses, I have conducted market research and strategized for other businesses. One company was in the need of research of product Placement and consumer behavior for a new supplement product that was entering the market for the first time. They received a marketing campaign and strategies for the release of their 3 new supplement products.
In a group project during the MBA program, myself and colleagues were tasked to help a new institution with consumer acquisition and research potential investors for their cause. Throughout the research, pitch decks were made to increase interest for the growing institution and potential investors.
